Looking for a cure & record

The Huron High School volleyball team will be hosting its annual Breast Cancer Awareness Match Friday, October 19. The Tigers are promoting awareness by selling t-shirts with the theme “TOGETHER. Communicate. Connect. Conquer.” The squad has a goal of selling 1,000 of the t-shirts (a record) with all proceeds being donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Last year 893 fans attended the match. In conjunction with the match, a rose ceremony will honor a group representing all that have battled cancer.
