Legislative coffee set for Saturday

HURON – The first in a series of four legislative coffees begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at City Hall.

The Governmental Affairs Committee of the Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau is hosting the forums.

District 22 Sen. Jim White, R-Huron; Rep. Peggy Gibson, D-Huron; and Rep. Dick Werner, R-Huron; have been invited to speak.

The forums provide Huron and area citizens the opportunity to hear from elected legislators regarding happenings in the state Legislature.
