The cast of “The Star Spangled Girl”, a Huron Area Community Theatre production, perform a couple of its scenes Friday evening at the Huron Fine Arts Center. The actors, from left, are Christopher C. Weyer, Paige Etchenkamp and Gabriel Ryland. The play tells the story of both a budding relationship between Sophie Rauschmeyer (Etchenkamp) and Norman Cornell (Ryland), a young journalist, who with the help of Andy Hobart (Weyer) are trying to keep their startup magazine, “Fallout,” from going under. Two more performances remain tonight at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
