A family of snowpeople lined up along Dakota Avenue South are about the only ones that enjoyed Monday’s weather as temperatures dropped to below -20F before
sunrise and never reach higher than -3F around 3 p.m. By 6 p.m. it had dropped back to -8F on the DakotaLand Federal Credit Union marquee.
