MILLER — Charlie Wilber, 93, of Miller, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at the Avera Hand County Memorial Hospital in Miller. Burial mass will be 11 a.m., Friday, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Miller, with the Rev. Chester Murtha officiating. Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Miller, with military honors. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, with a 5 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. prayer service, all at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Miller.
