ABERDEEN -- The Huron dance team challenged for the championship during the Eastern South Dakota Conference Meet on Thursday at Golden Eagles Arena in Aberdeen.

GETTYSBURG -- Woonsocket junior Rex Schlicht paced the 51-runner field in the boys' varsity race during the Region 4B Cross Country Meet on Wednesday.
Schlicht turned in a winning time of 17:10.68 to finish nearly 20 seconds ahead of Stanley County senior Austin Brown, who was second at 17:30.10.

REDFIELD -- Northwestern, which is ranked No. 2 in Class B, used set scores of 25-13 and 25-12 to get past Redfield-Doland in the championship match at the Pheasants Fall Volleyball Classic on Saturday.
