BROOKINGS — The Huron Tiger gymnastics team finished fifth during the Patty Jorgenson Invite on Saturday in Brookings.

“It was a great day for the Huron Tiger gymnasts,” Huron coach Julie King said. “We had four out of five no-fall beam routines, along with very clean and powerful floor routines.”

Jordan Waldner was the lone Huron gymnast to medal at the meet. She was eighth on the beam with a score of 8.375.

The Tigers will now be off until they travel to compete in the Pierre Invitational at noon on Saturday.
