No. 1-ranked Summit defeats Redfield-Doland in Classic

REDFIELD — No. 1-ranked Summit recorded a 50-26 victory against Redfield-Doland on Saturday during the State Farm Holiday Classic.

Logan O’Farrell had 16 points to lead three players in double figures for Summit. Shenia Stenocker and Presley O’Farrell added 11 and 10 points, respectively. Christine Pearson had six rebounds.

Alicyn Jungwirth had eight points to lead Redfield-Doland, while Danielle Waldner had five rebounds.

REDFIELD — Warner, which is the No. 2-ranked team in Class B, defeated previously-ranked Clark-Willow Lake 52-31 on Saturday in the State Farm Holiday Classic.

Miranda Ristau had 14 points to lead three players in double figures for the Lady Monarchs. Emily Larson and Rachel Rogers each added 12 points.

Rogers also had a team-high 10 rebounds, while Carly Rozell had four assists.

Chynna Stevens led Clark-Willow Lake with nine points, while Janelle Paulson had seven points. Stevens also had nine rebounds and six assists.

Kristen Erickson had a game-high 22 points for Langford Area. Jenae Carson had 14 points and nine rebounds, while TessWilliams had 12 points.

Taylor Knippling had 15 points to lead Hitchcock-Tulare, while Heather Barrie added nine points.

REDFIELD — No. 1-ranked St. Thomas More erased a 10-point deficit after the first quarter en route to a 45-31 victory against Redfield-Doland on Friday.

Ciara Duffy and Alexys Swedlund finished with 16 and 15 points, respectively, to lead the Lady Cavaliers. Moira Duffy pulled down a team-high 13 rebounds.

Danielle Waldner was the lone player to reach double figures for Redfield-Doland, with 17 points. She also had six rebounds.

Cortney Albrecht had six points for the Lady Pheasants, while Roni Levtzow had three assists.
