Huron teams split pair of games against Lincoln

SIOUX FALLS — The Huron freshman girls’ basketball team recorded a 41-26 victory against Sioux Falls Lincoln on Tuesday.

Kaci Schimke led the Tigers with 23 points and nine rebounds, while Kameron Schroder had 10 points and Sara Skorheim pulled down five rebounds.

Linclon defeated Huron 63-43 in the sophomore game. Sarah Carr led the Tigers with 13 points, followed by Taya Butterfield with eight points. Sami Zell had eight rebounds.
