“We Found Sound” will be presenting its ninth annual Christmas show, “All Because of a Baby,” at 2 and 5 p.m. Saturday and Dec. 16 at the Huron Fine Arts Center, 939 Ohio Ave. S.W.

Advance tickets are available at American Bank & Trust and Dakotaland Federal Credit Union until Friday.

Tickets will also be available at the door before each show.

“Our Christmas show will feature both sacred and secular music, and will tell the story of the true meaning of Christmas — Baby Jesus,” said Kristi Kattner, who directs the group with Katie Scheibe.

“We Found Sound” is a Huron community show choir with a 60-member youth choir from five different towns. There are two groups: WFS Minors, for grades third through seventh, and WFS Majors for grades eight and up.

The group rehearses weekly on Sundays at the Huron Campus Center. WFS performs two shows annually, one for Christmas and one in the spring. They also perform for the annual Salvation Army Christmas Basket and Relay for Life in June.

Some of the songs they will perform include, “Mary Sat A Rockin,” “Breath Of Heaven,” “Rise & Sing,” “Pat-A-Pan,” “Jingle Bells Rock” and many more.

The show will feature the We Found Sound boomwhackers, hand bells and white glove crew. “I hope you will come and enjoy these great kids telling the most amazing story,” said Scheibe. “And leave ready to celebrate Jesus’ birth.”
