VFW honors Johnson

VFW Commander Ken Shoultz presents a plaque to Julie Johnson at Fair City Lanes for outstanding support of USBC Youth Bowling. Johnson has been secretary and youth board member of the Huron YABA Association for nine years and is currently in her sixth year as youth director on the Huron USBC board. She coaches the UCT Bummers, VFW/VFW Auxiliary and the junior-senior high mixed league, and helps organize and promote youth leagues, city tournament, Domino’s tournament and the Junior Adult tournament. Johnson has been treasurer for the Boys & Girls Travel Team League for more than 10 years.
