Kathyleen Joy Werner, 86, of Redfield, died Saturday, July 24, 2010, at Eastern Star Home in Redfield.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Congregational UCC Church in Redfield with the Rev. Tim Fugman officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Kathyleen Joy Belau was born April 4, 1924, on the family farm near Miranda to William and Joyce (Seibert) Belau. She attended Gaffney and Sievers country schools and Rockham High School.
She married Roy A. Werner at the Miranda Methodist Church. They farmed near Rockham.
She enjoyed collecting stones, stamps and gardening.
She was a member of the Wheaton Church for many years before she moved to Redfield and joined the First Congregational church.
She is survived by a son, James Werner of Rockham; and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roy in 1994; her son, LeRoy, who died of brain cancer at the age of 9 in 1970; three brothers, Wilfred, Gordon and Lawrence; and a sister, Marguerite Grottke.
