Law enforcement authorities arrested a 17-year-old male as the result of a search for drugs at Huron High School on Thursday.
The name of the individual is being withheld because he is a juvenile.
A 90-minute search was conducted of lockers, classrooms, offices and vehicles in the high school parking lot.
Highway Patrol drug dogs helped authorities find a small amount of marijuana in the juvenile’s car. Drugs were not found in the school.
The school was locked down during the search, but classes went on as scheduled.
