There’s a mystery to be solved at Holy Trinity Catholic School! Holy Trinity staff, parents and students are excited about the new Italian Murder Mystery Dinner Theater — “Pasta, Passion & Pistols,” taking place at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the Holy Trinity Multipurpose Room.
One of Holy Trinity’s Development Committee members, Sheila Keeler, will be cooking an authentic Italian meal consisting of three courses: fresh antipasto salad and warm garlic rolls, stuffed shells with meat sauce, and for the final course, creamy New York cheesecake with other assorted Italian desserts — all made from scratch! Wine will be served with a selection of Italian appetizers before the three courses are served.
The multipurpose room will be transformed into a fine Italian restaurant, complete with soft lighting, table linens and Italian music.
That’s when the fun begins — eight characters from “Pasta, Passion & Pistols” will be dressed in character and seated in the audience during dinner, and the play will begin while everyone is dining.
The cast of characters are Father Terry Anderson as Father Al Fredo, Ann Blondheim as Mama Rosa, Annette Hanson as Tara Misu, Rich Bragg as Rocco Scarfazzi, Jim Tharp as Bo Jalais, Lisa Jaspers as Angel Roni, Gary Thury as Marco Roni, Kate Ashbaugh as Clair Voyant, with Deb Carr providing clues throughout the play.
The audience will be asked to figure out who killed Pepi Roni at the end of the evening. Who did it? Come to Holy Trinity tonight at 6:30 p.m. and find out!For the complete article see the 11-03-2012 issue.
