Hunters and their dogs take part in the annual Bird Dog Challenge that concludes today.
There was a record number of entries in this year’s Bird Dog Challenge as 51 teams competed over two days on land owned by Scott and Rebecca Rink.
The challenge tests just how good a bird dog is at finding, flushing and retrieving pheasants after they have been shot.
There were two fields used and pheasants were placed in each field prior to each team entering.For the complete article see the 11-10-2012 issue.
