CARTHAGE — The Joy of Music students taught by Dianne Perry held a recital Dec. 2 at the Lutheran Church in Carthage.

Students participating were Derick Burghardt, Fedora, guitar and vocal; Jessica Burghardt, Fedora, vocal, violin and piano; Jordan Neises, Oldham, piano and guitar; Logan Hattervig, Carthage, piano; Ciana Schwader, Howard, violin and lap harp; Katie Dubro, Iroquois, piano and lap harp; Keistan Dubro, Iroquois, recorder, accordion and piano; and Emily Marshall, Iroquois, lap harp and piano.
