TURTON — Donald Kenneth Rahm, 61, of Turton, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Community Memorial Hospital in Redfield.
A memorial service will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Turton with the Rev. Peter Utecht officiating. Visit thelenfuneralhome.com.
Donald Kenneth Rahm was born March 29, 1951, to Johnnie and Joyce Ann (Mannie) Rahm at Aberdeen. He graduated from Doland High School in 1969. He enlisted in the Army and served for three years during the Vietnam War.
He married Lynnette Karlsen April 8, 1972, at Clark. After his discharge from the Army, they moved to Turton where he worked as a mechanic and later farmed. He went to work for Cenex in 1998. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to Sturgis every year and pheasant hunting.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Darrin (Lauri) of Clark; a daughter, Heather(Clint) Abbott of Smithwick; six grandchildren; his father of Turton; and three sisters, Nancy (Larry) Coats, Sally (Loel) Larsen and Brenda (Bud) Hansen.
