DULUTH, Minn. — Debbie Palmer Montoya, 52, of Duluth and formerly of Wolsey, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at the Bay Shore Nursing Home in Duluth.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Welter Funeral Home with cremains burial in Wolsey Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Visit welterfuneralhome.com.
Debbie Palmer was born to Kenneth and Mildred (Goins) Palmer Feb. 10, 1960, at St. Paul, Minn. She enjoyed life and loved to spend time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her parents; a son, David (Crystal) Palmer; a daughter, Pamela (Mike) Smith; three grandchildren; a sister, Michelle (Kelly) Christopherson of Huron; and a brother, Todd of Wolsey.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martin and Luverne Palmer and William and Louise Goins; and four siblings, Kevin and triplets.
