SARTELL, Minn. — Blanche Haley, 94, of Sartell, Minn., and formerly of Huron, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Country Manor in Sartell.
Her funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish with burial at St. Martin Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Welter Funeral Home with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. and a scripture service at 7 p.m.; or Tuesday morning one hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorials may be directed to Country Manor Foundation in Sartell, Minn., or Holy Trinity Catholic School in Huron.

Blanche Mary Gebhart was born Feb. 25, 1918, in Orient to Ed and Clara (Bauhs) Gebhart.
She married Bill Haley on Jan. 3, 1946, in Orient. In 1974 they moved to Huron and opened Haley’s Fairway Foods.
She is survived by nine children, Janet Eickhoff of Huron, Jean Haley of St. Cloud, Minn., Pat Haley of St. Paul, Minn., Thom Haley of Sioux Falls, Ted (Judy) Haley of West St. Paul, Minn., Michael (Marilyn) Haley of Caledonia, Wis., Joe (Darunee) Haley of Sartell, Margaret Johnson of Lansing, Kan., and Mary Derby of Arnolds Park, Iowa; 27 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and two more on the way; three sisters; one brother; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bill on Aug. 18, 1996; four brothers, Harold, Francis, Ralph and Donald Gebhart; and two grandchildren.For the complete article see the 01-27-2013 issue.
