HURON — Frances L. Watson, 89, of Huron, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Huron Regional Medical Center.  Her funeral will be at 2 p.m., Friday at the United Methodist Church at Hitchcock, with the Rev. Timothy Vorlage officiating. Burial will be in the Altoona Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kuhler Funeral Home, with her family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Kuhler Funeral Home.
