HITCHCOCK — Tammy J. Bau, 48, of Hitchcock, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at SunQuest Health Care Center.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hitchcock United Methodist Church in Hitchcock, with burial at the Altoona Cemetery in Hitchcock

Tammy J. Cole was born Sept. 8, 1964, to Ray P. and Bertha (Bonebrake) Cole Jr. in Huron. She attended school and graduated from Hitchcock High School. She also graduated from college. She worked on the sales floor at the Wal-Mart Store in Huron.
She was a member of the Hitchcock United Methodist Church. She enjoyed taking care of her horses, horseback riding, baking, going to the fair, and doing word finds.
She is survived by her mother, Bertha Cole of Hitchcock; five children, Forrest (Audrey) Frericks of Huron, Blake Bau of Aberdeen, Jessica Bau of Hitchcock, and Chelsea Bau and Russell Bau Jr., both of Frankfort; three grandchildren; four brothers, Lee (Susan) Cole of Rapid City, and Randy (Bonnie) Cole, Russell Cole, and Todd (Jennifer) Cole, all of Hitchcock; and many nieces and nephews.
