On Friday the “Battle of the Classes” will begin where students compete against one another for bragging rights, especially in the Tug-O-War competition. Once the scores have been settled, students will be treated to their fellow classmates’ musical talents during the jam session at lunch. The Homecoming Parade, which averages 75-100 floats each year, will start at 2 p.m. Those who have yet to submit a float entry may still do so by contacting the Huron High School front office.
The community is then invited to a tailgate party, hosted by the Huron Music Parents, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Huron Tiger Stadium. All proceeds will benefit the HMP.
The Huron Tiger football team will take to the field at 7:30 p.m. Finally, students are invited to attend the homecoming dance, which is hosted by the Student Council, culminating the festivities.
