Care packages containing donated items from students and staff at Huron High School and Madison 2-3 Center as well as from school district employees, American Bank & Trust, Jack Links and NorthWestern Energy were boxed up by high school student council and Key Club members Friday. The 126 boxes are being shipped as a thank you to the soldiers of the 153rd Engineer Battalion currently deployed in Iraq and Kuwait. Employees at Jack Links and NorthWestern Energy also helped with shipping costs.
