In hopes of inspiring Mrs. Miller’s second grade class at Iroquois Elementary to spend more time with family over the Thanksgiving weekend, Iroquois FCCLA members Ashlyn Wipf (far left in back) and Saybl McDermaid and Ali Griffith (far right in back) passed out a “Family Time Bingo” card to each second grader. They were to try and get a bingo over the holiday, and when they returned it with a bingo, they got a treat. Some of the spaces included family movie night, do a chore together and eat dinner at the dinner table together, to name a few. All members in the second-grade class took home a “family night starter pack” that included two bags of microwave popcorn and four packets of hot cocoa mix.
