Donna Hepper, center, was the lucky person whose name was drawn on Wednesday, for two Foreigner concert tickets, as well as a meet-and-greet with the band prior to its Saturday night show at the S.D. State Fair. On the left is Plainsman advertising salesman Shaun Sarvis and on the right is advertising manager Vaughn Kessler, who is presenting Hepper with a copy of Foreigner’s “Juke Box Heroes Tour” CD. Four other winners in the contest also received Foreigner CDs.
