Huron Middle School students recently participated in the Geography Bee final competition, with Samuel Kruse (back row, far right) advancing to the State Geography Bee, which will be held in Aberdeen in April. Students taking part in the HMS bee were, front row, from left, Henry Puterbaugh, Edward Zachrison and Brady Feenstra; middle row, Tyler Cronin and Grady Bott; and in back, Jolie Carrillo (runner-up), Dylan Lichty, Mason Davis, and school champion Samuel Kruse.
