HURON — Joanne M. McAdaragh, 75, of Huron, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at her residence.
Her funeral arrangements are pending with Welter Funeral Home in Huron. A Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, June 24, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Welter Funeral Home. A private inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery on Monday, June 25.
Joanne M. McAdaragh was born July 13, 1942, to John A. and Anna (Fromm) Davis in Huron. Joanne attended Wild Rose Country School, Lane Grade School, and Huron Schools.
She was united in marriage to Robert McAdaragh in Pipestone, Minn. September 15, 1965. They had one daughter, Kathy.
She enjoyed flower gardening; especially roses. She also enjoyed collecting antiques. In her younger years she enjoyed wood painting and furniture refinishing. She also had a special place in her heart for animals.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy McAdaragh of De Smet. She will also be missed by two grandsons, Dayton and Dixon Trujillo of De Smet; and her sister, Mary Davis of Huron.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert in 2013.
