HURON — Twenty James Valley Christian School students earned top places in computation and reasoning categories at the ACSI Mid-America Region Math Olympics held on April 3.
Medallions were given to those earning first place in each grade category.
Following are the results:
• Third-grade computation: Olivia Knutson, first place; Lainey Goertz, second place; and Audri Hohm, fourth place.
• Third-grade reasoning: Keeghan Hood, first place; Kaden Ober, second place; and Everett Van Heukelom, fifth place.
• Fourth-grade computation: Anna Arhart, fifth place.
• Fourth-grade reasoning: Remington Wipf, second place; Ty Kleinsasser, fourth place.
• Fifth-grade reasoning: Andie Aughenbaugh, third place; and Ava Ulvestad, fifth place.
