To the Editor:
Wow! We watched and listened to the Salvation Army Christmas Basket program on Tuesday night and it was amazing, well done and thoroughly enjoyable. Kudos to those involved in front of the cameras and those behind the scene. What a great legacy of on-going support for the Salvation Army in Huron. I hope it continues for many more years.
We also drove through the Christmas Light Show at Memorial Park on its opening weekend. What an outstanding and noble effort it took Troop 151 to put together such a great idea for the Christmas season! My family thoroughly enjoyed it and I hope others in Huron will drive through and then donate to the troop. They always need money for camping trips, badges, summer camp and such. Well done, boys (and leader).
