LPN nurse graduate ceremony at Southeast Technical College-Huron

Posted

Huron area students from the Southeast Technical College Licensed Practical Nursing program celebrated their pinning ceremony Wednesday, May 11, at Huron Community Campus.

The Pinning Ceremony marks the passage from the student role to the practice role. The pin of each school of nursing is unique, and only graduates of that school may wear the pin as a statement that they have completed that program.

The LPN graduates are Karla Schultz, Matdy Buffington, Lexi Quam and Htee Khu. Once they pass their nursing board exam, they are eligible to work as a licensed nurse.

HRMC congratulates each of the students and wish them the best of luck in their profession. They encourage each of them to continue their desire of learning within their nursing career to positively impact their patients.
