HURON — Amy Busch, Chief Operating Officer at Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, recently expanded operations in the Member Services Department at the main office in Huron.
The VP of Member Services position was filled by internal candidate, Drew Weinreis.
“Drew’s passion for serving our members drives him to be an ideal leader. His guidance and training will ensure our member service’s staff will continue to provide the best experience possible for our members,” commented Busch.
Weinreis began his career at the credit union 10 years ago. His first position was located at the North Branch in Huron as a Teller/MSR.
He later accepted a position as a full time Member Service Representative at the Main Branch. As staff and membership numbers continued to grow, Drew was named the Member Services Development Specialist and took on the training and development role for new MSR staff at all 12 Dakotaland locations. “In my new position, I look forward to continue to grow and evolve our Member Service Department,” shared Weinreis.
Drew is very active in the local community and stays connected serving as a Huron Chamber Ambassador since 2013. Weinreis currently holds a position as a Huron City Commissioner. In his free time, Drew enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
