HURON — Using a goal by Ethan Busch, the Huron All-Stars rallied for a 3-2 victory in overtime against Aberdeen on Sunday at Bergman Arena.
The All-Stars trailed 2-1 heading into the final period of regulation play.
Busch had the opening goal for Huron on a pass from Micah Larson during a power play.
Elliot Hartman scored near the end of regulation play to pull the All-Stars even at 2-2. He was assisted on the play by Jonas Bucklin.
Just over four minutes into the overtime, Busch found the net with Jack Pedersen and Grady Bott combining on the assists.
Huron finished with 31 shots on goal, compared to 30 for the Cougars.
Jack Bales secured the win in the net for the All-Stars with 28 saves.
On Friday, Oahe scored three goals in each of the first two periods en route to a 7-0 win against Huron.
The Capitals outshot Huron 31-13 in the contest.
Bales finished with 24 saves for the All-Stars.
Huron, which is now 3-11, is at Yankton for a 7 p.m., game today.
