The South Dakota Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics made its way in Huron on Tuesday morning.
The gathering departed from the Nordby Center for Recreation’s parking lot, down to 18th Street and past Huron Middle School and Huron High School, where the marchers were greeted by enthusiastic students. The torch will make its way to Vermillion in time for this year’s Special Olympics Summer Games this weekend.
