Chargers roll past Redfield

REDFIELD — Hamlin, which is ranked third in Class A, outscored Redfield 30-4 in the opening quarter en route to an 83-19 victory on Thursday.

Tyson Stevenson had 14 points to lead four players in double figures for the Chargers, who improved to 8-2. Easton Nenendorf had 11 points, while Jackson Wadsworth and Jameson Nebel each had 10 points.

Dawson Noem snagged six rebounds to help Hamlin to a 35-15 advantage on the boards.

Tristen O’Daniel had 10 points to lead the Pheasants, who are now 1-8. Justin Ratigan had six points and seven rebounds.

Redfield will play Hitchcock-Tulare in Tulare on Tuesday.
