Members of Hershman-Gordon American Legion Auxiliary Unit 59 heard a report from Shelby Timm, above, a senior at Wolsey-Wessington High School, on her participation in Journalism City.

Also during the Sept. 11 meeting, the Auxiliary presented membership awards to Vivian Klaschen for 75 years and her daughter, Donna Phillips, 60 years; Teresa Edwards, 60 years; Donna McGillvrey, 60 years; Donna Phillips, 60 years; Karma Schiltz, 50 years; and Janice Wagner, 50 years.
