The 1973 Huron boys’ basketball team was inducted into the HHS Athletic Hall of Fame on Saturday during a ceremony at Huron Arena. Members of the team that were present were, above from left: Rick Long, assistant coach Merv Bouchie, Brian Shanks, Harrold Hill, Richard Glanzer, Bill Gobratz, Mike Melstad and coach Bob Judson.

Also inducted Saturday were the late Johs Trandall, Dan McCarty, Kim (Puterbaugh) Herrmann and Clyde Dillman. Below, at left, from left: Abigail Trandall, Marianne Trandall, Jackson Trandall, Dan McCarty, Kim Herrmann and Carolyn Getscher (Dillman).
