WATERTOWN — The Huron cheer and dance teams participated in the Watertown Invitational on Thursday.

The Tigers were 14th in cheer with a score of 161.50.

Harrisburg was the grand cahmpion in cheer with 270, while Sioux Falls Jefferson was second at 265. Rounding out the top five were O’Gorman at 257, Sioux Valley at 242 and Brookings at 240.50.

Huron was also 14th in dance with a 214.25 total.

The Tigers had a 214.5 total in hip hop and had a 214 in jazz.

Brandon Valley was the grand champion in dance with a 270.50. Harrisburg was second at 268, followed by Yankton at 260.75, O’Gorman at 255.25 and Sioux Falls Washington at 255.25.

Huron will at the Pierre Invitational today at 11 a.m.
