Iroquois Elementary held its “Digits & Donuts” event on Nov. 22, in the school gym. Loved ones were invited to join their students for donuts and math games before school. Eighty students and loved ones attended the event.
Above, preschooler Tessie played “Roll and Color” with her dad while eating their donuts. They took turns rolling a dice and whatever number they rolled, they got to color in that many squares. Whoever had the most squares filled in at the end of the game won.
