The Bensley-Rounds American Legion Post 280 of Iroquois and Auxiliary Unit 280 presented Good Citizenship Awards to two students in eighth grade and two in the senior class.
Awards are given in recognition of individuals who possess high qualities of courage, honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship and service which are necessary to the preservation and protection of the fundamental institutions of our government and the advancement of society.
Senior recipients are Nathan Enninga and Rebecca Bich. Eighth-grade recipients were Carter Arbeiter and Avah Newman.
These recipients will participate in the Iroquois Memorial Day Program at 10 a.m. Monday at the Iroquois School south gymnasium.
