HURON — James Valley Christian battled to a 0-0 draw against Freeman Academy on Tuesday.

The Vikings, who are now 2-4-1, held a 20-12 shots-on-goal advantage.

JVC won the junior varsity game 3-1.

On Saturday, Vermillion handed the Vikings a 3-0 loss.

Jonah Niederbaumer tallied 14 saves for JVC, as Vermillion outshot the Vikings 30-10 and had 15 corner kick opportunities.

The junior varsity game ended in a 3-3 tie.

The Vikings travel to face Hot Springs on Friday and Custer on Saturday.
