HURON — The Kiwanis Club proudly held its annual meeting, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to serving the community and improving the lives of children. The event featured the induction of new officers and board members, officiated by Reed Hittle.
As part of the leadership transition, Gayle Kludt has stepped into the role of president, succeeding Scott McCaskell. Tim Flanery will serve as treasurer, taking over from Connie Hofer.
The club’s leadership team also includes Doug Pietz as vice president and Rick Sabers as second vice president. Bush Fullerton continues in his essential role as secretary.
The newly inducted board members, Brenda Arteman, Trent Francom, and Jessica Hotchkiss, bring fresh perspectives and energy to the organization. They join existing board members Terry Nebelsick, Kurt Johns, James Tharp, Kevin Haber, and Dave Bartel, who collectively will guide the club in its mission to make a positive impact on children’s lives.
The Kiwanis Club has a long-standing tradition of service, focusing on various initiatives that enhance the well-being of children and families in the area. With the leadership transition complete, the club is poised to embark on another successful year of service and outreach.
