The Kiwanis Club of Huron awarded a check to the Huron High School Key Club, in appreciation of the Key Club’s volunteer work at the Kiwanis Pancake House during the South Dakota State Fair.
The presentation occurred on Sept. 10, at Huron High School. Kiwanis members, president Scott McCaskell, left, and Gayle Kludt, right, made the presentation to Key Club president AnneClaire Rubish, center.
The Key Club members were instrumental in the event’s success, assisting with providing friendly service and table clean-up. Their dedication helped Kiwanis raise significant funds for local community projects.
“We deeply appreciate the Key Club’s hard work and commitment,” said Kiwanis Club President Scott McCaskell. “Their contribution embodies the spirit of community service that Kiwanis champions.”
The funds awarded will support the Key Club’s future community service projects.
