To the Editor:
Alley Cats of Huron has legally succeeded in changing city and state ordinances, to continue helping control cat populations in and around Huron.
We catch, and then spay or neuter stray cats for better cat lives, and then return them. We are independently funded and operated, so are not affiliated with the city or county.
