To the Editor:

Hunter changed his plea from guilty to not guilty. They thought they could “fool” Judge Noreika, but it didn’t work. She refused to accept the deal, sending the DOJ and Hunter’s lawyers back to the bargaining table to come up with an agreement between the DOJ and the accused, to come up with a better chance with an agreement than with their flimsy document of withstanding public scrutiny.

The Biden administration has insisted throughout the DOJ investigation that Hunter was being treated like any other citizen, without political interference. This is obviously untrue.

On July 26 it became clear that nothing was normal about the plea deal offered by the DOJ and accepted by Hunter. This is why Judge Noreika refused to sign it.

Early in the hearing, Judge Noreika asked both sets of lawyers “if there were a failure in the investigation or the charges brought were inappropriate.” How would that get addressed in our form of government? The Biden DOJ is trying to dispose of the illegal behavior of Hunter, and his relationship with his father and other family members, as quietly as possible. They don’t want to show the public how the Biden DOJ is treating Hunter with far more leniency than others.

Republicans have every right to throw the spotlight on Biden’s DOJ’s unseemly behavior. Republicans have been following the money trail and have the testimony of “whistle blowers,” documents and now have testimony from Devon Archer.

Democrats are always talking about Trump, but the “fake” news media never says a word about Biden’s problems. Every time the oversight finds more “dirt” on the Bidens, they come up with another on Trump.

They need to “lock up” all the Bidens and throw away the key.
