To the Editor:

This letter is long overdue. I have always thought, and do especially now, that the postal workers in Huron do a great job.

They handle a ton of mail each day and over the last 50 years, that I have been a patron of this post office, there have been very few errors in my personal mail, and including the large volume of mail when I was at Dakota Energy.

When I go to a warmer climate for the winter, they forward my mail without exception. When I stop at the post office, the people handling the counter are always smiling and so very helpful.

I need to sat thank you for the terrific job they do, and when you meet one, say thank you as well.

They really deserve it.
