To the Editor:

Our friend Mr. Busch must be corrected once again, as he said that he never heard Trump call fallen soldiers “losers, and suckers.” That may be true, as it wouldn’t be shown on right wing media garbage machines, but as for reliable sources, there are many instances of just that.

John Kelly, former chief of staff for Trump, was standing next to the ex-president at Kelly’s son’s grave at Arlington Cemetery. He had died in Afghanistan. Trump told Kelly “ I don’t get it. What was in it for them?”

He also stated that those defending our country who get shot down, or seriously wounded, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all “suckers” because there is nothing in it for them. He never wanted to be seen with any military amputees, as he said “It doesn’t look good for me.”

The ex-president told senior advisers that he didn’t understand why the government placed such value on finding MIA soldiers, because they’d performed poorly, gotten caught and deserved what they got.

Trump thought the people who served in Vietnam must be “losers” as they didn’t get out of it, stating that those who served in Vietnam were too dumb to get out of as he did, referring to his fake bone spur. Trump said it was a stupid war, and anyone who went was a “sucker.”

In 2018, Trump was to visit the Aisne-Marne American Military Cemetery in France to celebrate the end of WW 1 a century earlier. Weather was poor, but the NSC and Secret Service said they could drive there rather than fly. Trump decided not to go as he said the cemetery was “full of losers.”

Do we want this “loser” to be our next Commander in Chief?
