The Dakota Events CompleX (DEX) on the S.D. State Fairgrounds hosted its first Professional Rodeo Cowboy’s Association rodeo Friday night, with a full schedule of events and special performances for the large crowd in attendance. There is a second performance set for tonight, at 7 p.m.
