With the State Fair right around the corner, Beadle County 4-Hers participated in Achievement Days, at the Earl Nordby 4-H Exhibit Hall.
Tuesday was check-in day for much of the livestock projects set for judging Thursday and Friday. Here, Kate Hamilton checks in her rabbit for judge Dale Knode.
On the agenda for today, the Swine Show kicks things off at 8:30 a.m. in the 4-H Complex, then the Sheep and Meat Goat Show takes center stage. In the afternoon, indoor exhibits are set for judging in the Exhibit Hall, followed by the Fashion Revue and Council Picnic.
On Thursday, the Dairy Show begins action in the 4-H Complex at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Beef Show. The day wraps up with an appreciation BBQ, the Round Robin Showmanship Contest and the 4-H Premium Sale.
