Pheasants participate in Sioux Valley Invitational

VOLGA — With three of the top four golfers in the tournament, Flandreau won the title during the Sioux Valley Invitational on Monday at Meadow Creek Golf Course.
Flandreau finished with 337, while Aberdeen Roncalli was second at 343. Sioux Valley was third at 345, followed by Groton at 349, Milbank at 361 and Redfield at 412.
Brenin Flichs of Groton used a 76 to claim the medalist honors by a stroke over Flandreau’s Kaden Burshiem.
Flandreau teammates Jon Burshiem and Alfie Henderson were third and four, respectively, with scores of 81. Finn Anderson of Aberdeen Roncalli rounded out the top five with an 82.
Jaxson Campbell led Redfield with a 95, while Kevin Weller shot a 104.
Rounding out the lineup for the Pheasants were Seth Domke at 106, Micah Zastrow at 107 and Tristen O’Daniel at 107.
