HURON — Huron Regional Medical Center is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to evaluate the overall health needs of the area. The CHNA provides many organizational and community benefits like identifying community health needs, health disparities, and key service delivery gaps.
HRMC is asking community members to participate in the survey that will help them complete this assessment. The survey will run until Nov. 4, and your anonymous response will help them understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in the area, and develop an action plan to address those needs.
To take the community survey, visit the website at huronregional.org/CHNA.
